| I played all the hunts the other day for the first time in awhile and was thinking of adding a few to the rotation. they would be short and offer a change of pace and add new charecters to use for fun. i would add kashyyyk hunt for sure wookies vs magnaguards! the flying geonosians where nice, the ewoks can be effective little fur balls, the sand people and jawas are sweet, the wampas lose but still fun, naboo sucks the gungans only get grenades lol. remember this is for fun and to add some more starwars theme. if we did add some we would add 2 or 4 hunts and naboo is definitely not one of them lol. go play them on your instant action single player if you never have what do you guys think?
hunts
kashyyyk - wookies vs magnaguards endor - ewoks vs empire snipers geonosis - flying geonosians vs clone snipers mos eisley - sand people vs jawas hoth - wampas vs rebels naboo - gungans vs super battle droids

| Hoth and Mos Eisley were the most even Hunt maps if I recall correctly. I thought Kasyhkk would be but I think I remember the magnaguard having a distinct advantage. | |

| Maybe you could add just 1 or 2 maps to start out, and see if it makes people leave. I would suggest Geonosis or Endor. I think that Hoth hunt sucks because the Wampas almost always lose. The rebels get 3pts for each killed wampa, but the wampas only get 1pt per kill. And as far as instant action goes the Jawas ALWAYS win on hunt, idk how that will play online though.
It would be pretty badass if someone could mod in a Felucia hunt with acklays and clones. Pyro?

| We put Hoth hunt in the rotation for the Glitching server. I like Hoth hunt because other than the Jedi, the Wampas are the only other playable class that uses a melee attack. Also for the Rebel opposition, you have all your classes to choose from, not just 1 or 2. The Rebels do win if for no other reason we noticed that every kill by a Wampa counts as 1 and every kill by a Rebel counts as 2 (not fair). I did mod the Wampas a bit to try to even it out. Made them a little faster and jump a little higher/further, but the rebels still win. I also have a few map mods added to make it more interesting, - Opened the force field to the command center.
- Added the capture-able command post in the command center
- Added a non-capture-able command post for the Wampas at the shield generator.
- Made the transports destructible. Wampas can get on top and smash the heck out of them. This adds some cover on the ground.
Mos Eisley hunt has some appeal in that both sides uses characters that are not playable in any other game mode. The others have no real appeal and Naboo is a total farce. I wish they had a hunt for Jabba's palace using the Gamorreans, another melee attacker. What ever map(s) you decide to try, I would recommend you initially set a low maximum kill score and a short timer. It's always preferable to have people wanting for more.

| all the times i played hoth hunt in the old server the wampas only won 1 time lol. i would add kashyyyk for sure and be a wookiee every time win or lose! odds are mos eisley would be on there. @pyro is there a mod to disable the magnaguards recon and poison secondary weapons to even it out a lttle? also the snipers turets on geonosis and endor? | |

| It may not be possible to eliminate a weapon. I have found in the past that when I set the ammo count to zero, the PS2 will freeze when selecting the weapon.
It is possible to remove the damage values from the weapons ordinance, rendering it harmless. This would be confusing (and frustrating) to players who are not aware of the mod. The weapons would appear to behave normally but cause no damage.
Another option would be to shorten the life span of the recon droids and auto turrets and the duration of the poison. Players would toss it and "poof", it's gone. IT would be a WTF moment, but it would be more obvious.
These changes would be made to separate copies of the sides files so as not to affect the regular maps and game play. These copies would then be identified to be used for those specific maps in the mission file.

| I think you should do any of these three maps. ;D Geonosis - flying Geonosians vs clone snipers Mos Eisley - Turksen vs jawas Hoth - Wampas vs Rebels
I love usually playing Hunt, IT's fun at times, Well.. Not when you're in a server playing a hunt map for like abazillion hours, Will it have like a time limit? If their isn't a time limit, There is no way in hell that I'ma sit in there for like abazillliooonn hours lawl. ;D But, Then I think you guys should Mod the Jawas to run faster;D
