extreme mod for ps2????

so here I am going over to a friends house and I get there while hes playing star wars battlefront 2 on his Ps2 (slim one). I noticed a bunch of different things like different classes and weapons, I asked him and he said that he downloaded extreme mod 2.2 from starwarsbattlefront.filefront.com So I was wondering if we coulddown load it and put it on the arena or a different server? It would be epic

maybe i did something wrong but i think it works on xbox and i know it works on pc

it isnt available to the ps2 version never has never will,unless he has one of those hacked ps2 consoles

Have you tried this? I assume in order to play multiplayer on line that all players would need to have the same hack on their local PS2?

I know that even some of the cool mods for the PC are single player only.

No. I've heard how from some people though, and the guy who made the mods work on Xbox also tried to explain it to me. How he did it and what I thought about how it's done were different though

I'm not entirely sure, but the game itself would probably need to have the authentication sequence removed

That's what Sony uses to prevent people from playing hacked or pirated games on line.

That's what the DNAS is all about when you're logging into GameSpy's server.

i didnt know you could play them online lol and i never noticed what that DNAS thing is anyways but i know now

i saw a mod like for pc but u can do it on swbf2 on ps2 but i think it has to be hacked but that nod is so epic and crazy all of that crazy ness will make the arena rocket up the ranks too bad its almost impossble

but i bet good old Pyro can do it

I have the PC version, I have no need to hack a PS2/PS3 to get those mods. The PS2 mod's I'm doing are intended to be multiplayer on any PS2 machine without hacking.
